Privacy Policy

Overview

Rezyone (“we”) provides AI-assisted job search and Auto-Apply tools. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Auto-Apply can submit applications hands-off when Instant Apply is on; when off, you review before send.

Information we collect

• Account details (name, email, password hash, plan).
• Career profile data (work history, education, work authorization answers, salary preferences, answer bank).
• Resumes — uploaded and generated resume text/files stored so we can tailor and submit applications.
• Application queue, match scores, and submission receipts for roles you apply to.
• Optional LinkedIn session data (cookie / storage state) that you provide for Easy Apply — stored encrypted at rest when encryption is configured for the deployment.
• Usage and diagnostic logs needed to operate and improve Auto-Apply.

How we use your data

• Match you to jobs and tailor resumes to job descriptions.
• Fill and submit application forms (hands-off when Instant Apply is enabled; guided review when it is not).
• Send transactional email about applications and account activity.
• Process payments and enforce application-volume limits.
• Improve form-filling using global question shapes only — we do not store your personal answers in shared templates.

Service providers

• OpenAI — AI for resume tailoring, interview prep, and answering unknown application questions. Content you provide may be sent to OpenAI to generate responses.
• Self-hosted Playwright — browser sessions used to open employer / LinkedIn apply pages and fill forms on your behalf.
• Fantastic.jobs — live job search API used for discovery and Auto-Apply scanning.
• Razorpay and PayPal — payment processing for paid plans. We do not store full card numbers.
• Hosting / database providers that store your account, resumes, and application data.

Retention

We keep account, resume, and application data while your account is active. Scan diagnostic logs are typically retained about 30 days. Cached live search results expire after a short window (hours). Payment records are kept as required for accounting and fraud prevention.

Deletion

You can request account and data deletion from account settings or by contacting us. We will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal, security, or billing obligations. Deleting your account stops Auto-Apply and removes stored LinkedIn session credentials and resumes associated with the account where feasible.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including TLS in transit, access controls, and encryption of sensitive session material when configured. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
