Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Rezyone, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Rezyone helps you discover jobs, tailor resumes, and apply. Auto-Apply can submit applications hands-off when Instant Apply / hands-off mode is enabled. When that mode is off, applications stay in guided review for you to approve before sending.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, resume, and answers.
• You authorize Rezyone to submit applications on your behalf when you enable Auto-Apply hands-off / Instant Apply.
• You must comply with employer sites, LinkedIn, and other third-party terms when using Auto-Apply or session cookies.
• Do not use the service for spam, fraud, or prohibited job-seeking activity.

4. Billing

Free and paid application-volume tiers are described on our Pricing page. Payments may be processed by Razorpay or PayPal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Third-party services

The product uses third-party providers (for example OpenAI for AI assistance, Fantastic.jobs for live job search, and payment processors). Their availability and policies are outside our control.

6. Disclaimers

Rezyone is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or that every application will succeed. Employer ATS systems, CAPTCHAs, and login walls may block automated applies.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rezyone and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed applications or employer decisions.

8. Account termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
